ABOUT CHELSEA
I am a former teacher, basketball coach, and professional photographer who fell in love with standing in the gaps for people in need. Through life’s rollercoaster of experiences, I learned to approach challenges from a completely new perspective. Instead of asking “What is wrong with you?”, I now lean into the perspective shift taught by Dr. Bruce Perry of “What happened to you to make you react this way?”
The whole reason I became a counselor was to help people feel seen, heard, known, and loved.
Sometimes we just need someone to listen.
Sometimes we need some validation.
Sometimes we need to know that we are not alone.
I am here to support you however I can. Asking for help is the bravest thing that you can do. Let’s gather people to add to your support network to know that you are not alone.
Mental health matters. So let’s talk about it because you are not alone.
