Individual Counseling Services
Individual counseling provides a confidential space to process life’s challenges, explore patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping. Sessions may focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, identity, boundaries, or major life transitions.
Postpartum Counseling
The transition into motherhood can be beautiful, complicated, exhausting, and deeply emotional. Postpartum counseling supports mothers who may be experiencing anxiety, sadness, overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, birth trauma, identity shifts, or difficulty adjusting after birth.
You do not have to “just push through.” Support is available.
Trauma Counseling
Trauma can affect the way we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. Counseling can help clients gently process painful experiences, understand trauma responses, and begin building safety, stability, and hope.
Family Counseling
Family counseling helps families improve communication, navigate conflict, strengthen connections, and work through difficult seasons together. Sessions may focus on parenting challenges, transitions, blended family dynamics, grief, or relationship strain.
Telehealth Counseling
Virtual counseling is available for clients located in Alabama. Telehealth sessions allow clients to receive support from a private, convenient location while still receiving consistent, quality care.
Sessions are 50 minutes for $100.
Self-pay only. Payment is due at the time of service. Payment plans are available.

In this group:
Talk honestly about how you’re really feeling
Connect with other moms who get it
Feel supported without judgment
Learn simple ways to handle overwhelm and anxiety
